Sharkness

So after *CrimsonSun so awesomely gave myself and ~cerasi1 a fun filled day of digi art teachings and general nerdiness I thought I'd have a play around with my new-found skills!

I was watching a shark doco (cause it's shark week on the discovery channel, and I'm a doco/science nerd ) so figured what the hell, I'll draw a shark! So a shark toon sprang forth! Pelagic sharks are pretty awesome (that's open water sharks, like your Great White) so naturally that's what I drew

The background is pretty average, but this is my first attempt EVER at painting in a background digitally so I figure I'm allowed to be a bit shite. This was fun, and it's been AGES since I've drawn toony style. Aw takes me back to my high school days... I kinda like the messyness of the colouring too. Yeah, I have to admit, I am actually kinda chuffed with how this turned out
